Experience + Diligence.

About Us

The key to the successful resolution of a legal dispute or a legal transaction is understanding. Not only must an attorney have a command of the applicable law, he or she must also understand what each of the parties seek, what are their goals, and what kinds of different solutions will work to to achieve those goals.  Whether in a courtroom, at a mediation, or in connection with a real estate transaction, the ability of a lawyer to realize true success for a client depends upon an appreciation of all of these factors.

Myers Associates strongly believes that one-to-one contact between the client and the attorney actually doing the legal work on the client's matter provides the best way to obtain that essential understanding. That is one reason that Myers Associates has chosen to remain a small firm dedicated to excellence. Our successful representation of individuals as well as large multinational corporations bears witness to that approach.
